Return & Replacement Policy

At Pehla Podha, we take pride in delivering quality ceramic plant pots that bring beauty and calm into your space. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns are not accepted for products that are: Used or damaged after delivery Bought on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”

 Damaged or Broken Items:

If your pot arrives cracked or broken, don’t worry—we’ll replace it!

We Suggest you to record a video while opening the Box Please send us recorded video of opening box and found pot broken or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery to: support@pehlapodha.in A free replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be issued if the product is out of stock.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer product exchanges unless the item delivered is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Return:

Email us at support@pehlapodha.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
